These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Horseless LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving mobile auto repair services from us, you agree to the following:

Mobile Services

• All services are performed at the customer’s chosen location.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a safe, legal, and accessible area for repair.

Estimates and Payment

• Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of booking. Final costs may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle.

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues or damages unrelated to the services provided.

• While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for any environmental or site-related hazards (e.g., unsafe parking areas, HOA restrictions, etc.).

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

• Service warranty, if applicable, will be discussed at the time of repair. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
